In March of 2011 I flew San Diego, CA to Harlingen, TX. Checked Sea bag and paid fee. Was told had to remove lock or TSA would cut lock off. Arriving in Harlingen, TX bag had been opened and was still open. Found new cameo coat and pants, plus new pair of SAS black shoes missing. Filled complaint at Harlingen baggage office. About five weeks filed another complaint at the San Antonio, TX airport. It is almost a year later and still no response. Even if items were stolen by TSA employees Continetal airlines charged to transport baggage. Your company is responsible. B. A. Hahn
