better customer service.
Has the airlines gone batty?
Is it they no longer know or care about service? If we stop flying as much, go by other airlines,trains or drive our cars. I wonder what the result would be? I know for sure in the States, I will be driving more, or traveling by other means. I do not need to pay to be treated this way. Many other ways of getting from A to B, and returning.
