Southwest has flights from early in the morning to late at night. However other than standard business hours CST there is absolutely NO ONE to complain to. When you do get through to Dallas you get some kid that probably gets paid no more than 10 bucks an hour who treats your complaint as a statistic. Perhaps if they get many other complaints of the same nature they might act. Otherwise you are out of luck.
Southwest is now saying they are working on an a way to submit complaints via the Internet. What took them so long. How many years have they had their website up and running taking your reservations and money? You would think they could have a few people handling Internet complaints given that the normal person works during "normal business hours" and snail mail is very time consuming and inefficient. |

As much as some passengers like to complain, and some DO like to complain, complaining to a staff member will get nothing done. The managers and people at the top do not listen to us when we do try to do something about it.
If you really want to voice your concern, write a letter to headquarters. Send it to where someone has to sign for it so you know someone got it. Email is usually the fastest, I am surprised SouthWest just opened an email forum. |
