Attendants need to be educated regarding rules for intoxicated passengers and how not to show bias to their "frequent flyers" (who probably tip well) over other paasengers

If the staff tried not to bully and yell at passengers who have never flown with them before, for not understanding the completely quirky, weird and appallingly bad system for boarding
