Your employer requires you to have a spare car just sitting in the driveway, that is not to be used at all unless your first car breaks down???

The only reason it's not helping is because you are not wanting to hear what others say unless they are agreeing with you. The fact that nobody agrees with you should be your biggest sign.

No airline in the world keeps spare planes just sitting around like that. No airline would be able to afford to do so. It is NOT a reasonable request, and quite frankly you are giving the impression that you were a spoiled brat kid that is still a spoiled brat.

Your last sentence in the original post was that this all happened because the did not have a spare plane just sitting there. I'm going to straight out bluntly say it that this is NOT a valid complaint, and you have no clue what you are talking about.
