Fraudulent billing
Vueling fraudulently billed my credit card. The only avenue of complaint that Vueling provides appears to be a low level Vueling clerk who simply denies that the problem occurred and does not provide a means for a more detailed review at a more senior level where the facts can be examined. Furthermore, It took over a week of daily requests to even receive a report on what the bill was for. Unfortunately, the European consumer complaint system makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a non-European to have a complaint reviewed by someone external to Vueling who could examine the issue objectively.
