Several issues!
1. Instead of the food, which was supposed to be included (due to the ticket) a piece of toast was offered for $5.

2. The same flexibility as the one connected to providing services was NOT observed by check-in. For only two kilos of overwight I was charged $25.

3. Toilets were stinking in the cabine.

4. There was shortage of blankets and pillows in the cabine. The pillows which were there, were dirty.

5. The temperature in the cabine was varying over the fligth so much that people were wearing jackets and caps in one moment and short-sleeve T-shirts in another. My boyfriend got a cold after the flight.

Basically most if not all airlines dont wash the blankets and pillow very often. They may look clean, but they have been used by the previous occupants and just folded up. Same thing as if you go to basically any hotel. Yes even 5 star. Only difference is they will wash the sheets after each use, but not the actual blanket. Take this as word of advice from a flight attendant and a friend of those in the hotel industry. Last, when you purchased the flight did it say there was inflight meal service? Alaska, and virtually all US Carriers, do not offer meal service on their flights except for complimentery beverage service, and depending on the duration of the flight a snack basket, and all depending on class of service paid for.
