Terrible service from bangkok airways
 

Bangkok airways offer the worst service in asia , they have manage to lose all 3 of our bags , and failed to call or respond professionally , I have used almost all of the thailand carriers , and have never received service like this , I flew on flight pg 221 for bangkok to Chiang mai on 10/08/13
I would advise anyone flying in asia not to use them
