Question: Compensation for Lost Luggage
 

Is it reasonable to expect the following as part of the compensation for items contained in a piece of Lost Luggage?

1. The GST portion of a lost item's cost?
2. Delivery of items to replace the items lost? (ie gifts that can only be purchased in one's home country)

I would appreciate input from anyone knowledgeable about this topic.
