Flashing light from london to Singapore

I have contacted british airways regarding our flight from london to singapore on the 7th july 2013, flight BA11. And they are being very unhelpful, they offered me and my family £300 compensation, while that leg of our flight cost us £1333 for myself my husband and our 2 young boys 1 & 3 years old. For about 12 hours of our night flight the strip light above our head( be we're sitting at the bulkhead) as you will see in the video I have attached. We all suffered from headaches during the flight in which time my children were inconsolable and these lasted for a few days after our final destination in Brisbane.
Angry!!

If the £300 is in cash and not in vouchers against a future flight, I don't think that offer is too bad, afterall you did actually make the journey. It is roughly a quarter of the flight cost... how much were you expecting?

Flashing light

I would have mabe thought about accepting £300 cash but is a voucher for another flight. I am still trying to put the video of the flit on, when you see it you will know why I am so determined to get more. If someone can tell me how to put the video on it would be great.

I'd probably accept the £300. What class were you in? Everything higher than world traveller distributes free eye covers. If you were in world traveller, did they offer to bring you one?
