waiting over 5 months for refund
We have been waiting over 5 months for a refund for downgraded seats. Multiple phone calls, faxes, and emails later, there is no resolution in sight. Emailing the CEO so far has not worked either. This airline has absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered and anyone who books on it can only expect the worst if they have an issue. Can someone tell me who is next up the ladder if you can't get satisfaction from the airline itself? Somebody has to be able to lean on them.
