United Airlines SUCKS!!!!
 

On a flight to Phoenix from Newark the lost my wife's bag for a day and a half.Then they stated it would be a while because they did not have a long distance delivery service. Funny there is Arizona shuttle service which runs a couple of times a day to different cities.Then on the return flight they lost 2 bags for over 36 hours .When my wife asked to speak with a supervisor Bill said NO! What ever happened to customer service????
Ever since the "merger" they have gotten worse so much for being gold what a joke. I'm planning to speak with other airlines to give them my business and my colleagues business also.I would like to put some expletives here however I want this posted .
