change the name on ticket
 

Hi,
I recently bought a ticket from an agent. They put my name wrong in the ticket. I have contacted them but they said there was nothing could be done. i tried 'manage my booking' but they wouldn't recognise the booking reference on the ticket.
Can the representative help me please?

btw the mistake is that my surname is not included in the ticket so it's just the first name. But obviously it's not what is stated in the passport. I am really concerned that this gonna be an issue while checking in.
