Where is my luggage?
 

I was on a flight from Vienna to Pristina four days ago and I am still waiting for my luggage to arrive. Initially I was told they do not know where the luggage is. After a very helpful staff at Pristina airport called the airports in Hong Kong and Dubai to confirm that the luggage was actually carried to Vienna, Austrian found the two suitcases. But ever since I am waiting for them to be sent to Pristina. Flight are being cancelled or the luggage is to late to reach a flight. This kind of incompetence is mind boggling. Avoid Austrian if you can. Despite being a Senator (Gold Card member) I will try not to fly with Austrian ever again if I can.
