Oh where to begin!
 

On the 18th December 2015 my wife, daughter and l departed Melbourne, Australia on a Qantas/American Airlines flight AA 7349 for the USA. Our flight arrived over 2.5 hours late in Los Angeles causing us to miss our connecting flight and we as a consequence missed our American Airlines connecting flight. To further illustrate just how incompetent Qantas is on our return flight namely AA7356 on the 19th January 2016 we were 25 minutes away from landing in Melbourne when the plane was diverted to Sydney as the fuel had been miscalculated causing us a delay of a few hours.
