Disrespect to a passenger
 

Good day! I would like to raise a concern regarding one of your OJT interns at Clark International Airport. Her name is Lian Marquez. She asked to have a picture with a celebrity named Kathryn Bernardo, who was a passenger of a flight to Barcelona (via Dubai). She posted the picture in facebook and, together with some of her friends, defamed Kathryn calling her a housemaid. Their conversations were quite rude. I find this distasteful given that they should show respect towards customers. Moreso, proper decorum must be observed in social media especially that she is connected to a famous airline company. I am greatly hoping that you will look into this because numerous people have been affected and offended by what she has done. Best regards.
