Emirates sky cargo is an awful company. They have a customer support team that doesn't give any accurate information. For the time you are dispatching your things/pet, you will be paying 50 % more that what you were expecting. They know that you have to do it and you will pay for it. It is a highly unfair way of doing business.
It was a big disappointment after all the advertising that Emirates Airlines & group, is so concerned about the client support.
I hope to read if someone got into a similar experience because it was really bad for me.

I had no negative experience with their transportation services, but I'll avoid them in the future. Sorry for what you've been through.
