Delayed Flight, Horrific Customer Service
 

KENYA Airways Flight KQ886.
This is the third time that we have encountered sever problems with this airline. Customer service personnel are rude and completely unsupportive. Airline management cannot provide sound reasons for the delays. No airport service or lounge access. Told next available flight is in 4 days and we would have to wait in Nairobi until the next available flight.

We have been flying internationally for 20+ years and never experienced such poor service and mismanagement.
We will never utilize this airline or its services.
I hope this provides some form of service to those who experience the same.:mad::mad::mad:
