No customer service or service recovery
Had 11a flight from FLL to LGA. Flight cancelled and was rebooked on flight to NEW at 2100 arriving at 2351. This results in my missing Theater for which tickets were $157. Arriving in NEW at 2351 I will have to uber to hotel to get there safely. JETBLUE gave $25 credit for inconvenience. PLEASE do not insult me. This airline has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and wouldn't know SERVICE RECOVERY if it hit them in the face. I hope they go out of business soon. Allan E Dupuis
