Aeroflot - worst airlines
 

My luggage was lost at Moscow airport during my connection flight to Santorini from NYC. As a result, I was on my honeymoon for three days without my luggage and cloth. After my bag was found, I had to pay for a trip to the airport to pick up my luggage. Airlines refused to deliver it to my hotel. I filed a complaint with airlines for compensation. I didnt receive a proper response as well as any compensation. I was requested to submit documents confirming my flight which i submitted already at the airport. I dont know what else to do.

Besides staff are the worst, no entertainment service for 8+hrs international flight. Avoid at any cost!!
