Terrible Service
 

On our recent trip to Europe we booked tickets with Ryan air for the first time. We arrived at Dublin airport 2 1/2 hours before our flight. We told the attendant at the kiosk for Ryan air that we needed to check-in and she directed us to a large lineup on the far left. We reached the desk 2 hours and 10 minutes before takeoff. The person said that we had to pay 50 euros each because it was less than 2 hours before takeoff. We still had 10 minutes before the 2 hours but she said it would take longer than that and refused to try. We paid 100 euros and had our boarding passes in 5 minutes. It was nothing but a money grab. On the plane we were seperated by about 10 rows. After takeoff we realized there was nobody sitting next to my wife. They charged us 100 euro fee extra and didn't have the decency to let us sit together. Our first and last time flying with Ryan Air.
