Got demoted to economy with very minimal compensation
 

Am a regular business class traveller.
Booked and paid for a business class ticket but got demoted to economy as they were overbooked. Compensation given was hardly 10% of fare difference - take it or leave it.
How do you explain that ?
Not much encouragement to book with them again . So much for striving to give the best service and value !
