Reserved seat was refused
 

I had 4 seats for my family booked next to each other, but flight attendants in Turkish Airlines kept me without a seat for 15 minutes on international transatlantic flight. There were other seats available, but they did not provide an alternative seat for me. I had to ask others to move.
Customer service refused to take any action.
