Disappointing Booking Experience with Frontier Airlines
I recently encountered a frustrating issue while trying to book a flight using my Frontier Go Wild Pass. all my information was entered when booking my flight and then I click purchase and Frontier sends a message saying flight not availabe (there are still plenty of seats left).
I thought this pass would be great to use but it has not been, having to wait until the day before to book with the "great " Go Will Pass rate and then not getting a flight is disappointing I hope that Frontier Airlines takes my feedback seriously and investigates the incident, working to prevent such issues in the future. Good luck for me to hear anything back as a custom can not even make a phone call to custom service. |
