Cannot get a complaint through to Air France
 

I wanted to send a complaint through to Air France regarding a flight cancellation without notice. I sent an email to flyingblue service desk in Johannesburg. Only to receive an email without name or reference instructing me that they cannot respond and I must make the complaint online. Problem is the complaint section on their site has been disabled. Does anyone have an email address at Air France that I can send my complaint to?
