Food Poisoning and no response
Traveled back to US, in Club in May, was fed some bad food, which resulted in severe case of food poisoning, time in ER, etc. Filed a complaint and have yet to even get a response. I realize that things can happen, not expecting them to refund ticket or anything but would be nice if they at least responded, show they care!!! I travel TA many times a year and they way they are handling this will definitely make me consider Delta and any others before returning to BA!
