No refund for a flight that was cancelled? No response to repeated emails to refundshouston@coair.com? Complete runaround on the phone by people who tell you to email them? Welcome to Continental - I hope United's management fires them all once they figure out how dishonest and incompetent Continental really is. They will all be working soon enough for China Air and the customer service staff will be appropriately reassigned to cleaning the toilets on their crooked airline.
