Free flight vouchers, on Delta and just about any other airline, are honored anytime before noon on any February 31st. Frequent flyer miles can be redeemed for all flights departing AFTER noon on any February 31st.

Jim, if the Monty Python troupe was still in existence today, what do you think would be the odds of their doing a parody on the sad state of airline customer service? Actually, Python's "Dead Parrot" skit comes very close to the type of real-life interractions people have related on this board.
