Default Jazeera extremely bad customer service


I was just turned back and lost my tickets for me and my family, because the station manager of Jazeera in Abu Dhabi. Mob # +97150-5173137 decided I can not fly to Kuwait for two days becuause I am an investor in the UAE, and my residency expires in three months.
Spoke to immigration, who understand that in UAE you can not renew residency 6 months in advance, and although they were understanding. The station manager stopped answering his mobile, and instructed staff to turn us back, thus our five tickets will be automatically cancelled, my kids visit to their grandparents is cancelled.
I am extremely annoyed, and upset. Unfortunately Jazeera has no offices in Abu Dhabi, the office in Dubai does not reply, and it seems that theiir standard policy is summarized in these two points.
a. Stiff and abuse customers any time you can
b. Hire the worst managers on earth, so complainies will give up.
