My name is not Mr Grant either. Is that what happens to new members, you call them a string of names? It wasn't obvious to me that you were holding a discussion on bankruptcy, when the OP's post (if you read it carefully) was a simple case of a human error of a clerk who put in the peso figure as dollars. It wasn't obvious to me that you would post a reply which was of no assistance to the OP but was to further a discussion on bankruptcy. This complaint had nothing to do with any unethical behaviour by Delta. It is something they are going to correct. The OP has been waiting just two weeks. If you have been employed by an airline, you must know that refunds are hardly ever posted within two weeks and you may have been able to put the OP's mind at rest and assure him that it is normal to wait more that two weeks for a refund, instead of joining Mr Worcs to use the opportunity to unnecessarily fire a blow at Delta.
