Default Flight Cancellation Problems

Ive been a loyal Delta frequent flyer all my life. However, after my latest Delta experience I will think twice before using the airline again.

I planned a trip to New York on New Years, but it was cut short due to the Delta pilot problem... I was forced to change my New Years Eve plans because my original outgoing flight was cancelled. This was not weather related, I was told it was strictly due to the Pilot Problem. In order to re-book the flight I sat on hold waiting two hours for a Delta rep to answer the phone, this was a complete waste of my vacation time. My original flight home would have taken four hours. The flight I was re-booked on required me to leave early and it took almost ten hours including several long and boring layovers. When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by rude Delta reps at the counter who had no regard for the inconvenience I was being put through. Instead they took on the attitude as if they were doing me a favor to cut my trip short, at the same time they were bad mouthing the company for the current mess. I hope this problem gets resolved quickly. I always had high regards for Delta, but this latest trip was a nightmare.. and Ive only begun to describe the problems... it would take pages and pages to go through everything.
