I too am having doubts about the veracity of LuLou's posts, but lets just go with this. Even if the airline had a policy against photography within the cabin, they are not empowered to enforce the law by deleting pictures directly. No-one has given Cabin Crew enforcement powers. The remedy for the airline would be to call for the police to meet the flight. If the events outlined in this post are true (IF), the FA has exceeded their powers. They simply could not win in court.
