At long last I have found a way to at least make a comment!
I wanted to make a complaint about KLM (who I believe are controlled by Air France... yuk!
)
However, I have spent about half an hour trying to find out HOW to lodge a complaint... unsuccessfully.
Don't you think it would be a good idea to tell people HOW to use your website?
