Angry Philippine Airlines Customer Service Lies

We were stuck on May 9 2010 for 3/12 hours inside a hot airplane without AC in Guan on what was supposed to be a 15 minute refueling stop. We lost our connecting Flight and had to wait 6 hours additionally. On the way back we were promised beter seats which turned out it was not true.
We addressed it to Customer Service on the 24th of May. This is what they said and we are still waiting for a response.
