Thanks for the data. I am going to dump it into a spreadsheet and try and see if I can compare Delta and Northwest on-time arrivals pre merger with the on-time arrivals of the combined new "Delta" to see if there was a deterioriation in service levels. I'll let you know what I find.
On another note, I am taking my first Continental flight in a long time, I'll let you know how it compares.
