wheelchair holding pens
American Airllines has the worst wheelchair program in the world. It requires people to go into holding pens with no water, food, bathrooms for many hours. When you try to complain they say the only way you can is on line (direct violation of Part 382). I tried to do a longer post before and it didnt work, so I will try this one and see if it goes.
