Delta doesn't have customer service. It's customers told it clearly that it was not good enough and it went bankrupt. The government rescued it, gave it immunity to take over NorthWest and it emerged from bankruptcy the largest airline in the world. It was rewarded for it's appalling customer service and now treats its customers with total contempt. They simply do not care and you can only do one thing... READ ABOUT THEM ON THIS SITE..
