Update
Yesterday after several months, I received a letter saying that they cannot reimburse me because I did not file a claim within 4 hours of me finding out that my bag is missing. This is their final decision.
ARE YOU KIDDING?????????????
I filed the complain right after the baggage belt stopped and found my bag was not there. I still have the carbon copy of the complaint I had filed on the airport and also the bag tag they gave me.
So they ask me to send it again. Really???? You don't have access to your own system??????
Ok so I will be faxing them the form now and let's see what happens. I just have a feeling, I will not be getting my claim check. All these excuses/reasons must be in their standard rule book. Lets see what will be excuse number 2.
