"we brought the wrong plane!" - Twice!!!!
In Louisville and sitting for two hours while our connection is leaving from Atlanta to Belize. They brought the wrong plane to the gate twice!!! Then we fueled and de-iced the third plane. Bye honeymoon... :-(
