First off, I do not work for this airline, and it isn't just a problem with this airline, it is EVERY airline. Ask any flight attendant, we have all done it. And no, I did not say that it was ok to hurt a passenger. We try to watch for obstructions in the aisle but we can not see them all. You are not the first person to be hit by the cart and you are certainly not the last. It was not intentional as the FA clearly told you she could not see. I'm sure she was not on a hunt to look for knees in the aisle that she could hit with the cart. Those carts are extremely heavy. They are not easy to push when you are climbing or descending.
Yes, you "complained" to the flight attendant. But did you tell her that you were injured? I have ran over toes, hit knees and the back of elbows, all of which was not intentional because I could not see, and have never had anyone "complain" or make a fuss over it. I'm sorry you were hurt, but it sounds like you are making a big deal out of nothing.
