disgraceful staff
i booked return flights from glasgow to washinghton via newark return,on my way home i was already in new york so went to check in there only to be told my ticket was cancelled because i didnt check in at washighton,i explained that i didnt no that an was told i had to buy another ticket at 1400 dollars,when i told them i didnt have that money they just told me to go away an get out of line,i explained that if i didnt get on the flight i was going to be stranded in new york with no money i was just told its not my problem just go away,i then asked them that since am a customer could they please help me get on the flight as i did buy a ticket from them an need to get home i was again told to go away,i then asked them would they rather leave me stuck in new york than help me out i was told its not my problem go away,i cant believe the arrogance of them an how little they cared an cant believe they can treat people that way i am disgusted way them an will never use them again an would urge people to use a different airline cause if you have any problems they wont help you out. ps i had to borrow over a 1000 pounds to book a hotel room and get a flight home the next day which am still paying back.
