KLM and Air France cooperate when it comes to lost luggage.
And the cooperation is just a mess.
Nobody is responsible, nobody takes care, many times the service employees explain the internal organisation to excuse for bad performance.
The impression is: they just want to get rid of you, try to be nasty until you forget about because the money spent on the Hotline is close to the reimbursement for the lost luggage.
This is just the worst service I ever experienced. Stay away from KLM!
