Even though the weather might not be bad where you are flying from, you are aware that planes fly through the air, right?? And weather is up in the air right??
You would rather die then be delayed. WOW
It can be sunny in NY and FL but if there are massive thunderstorms in the middle then you can't fly through them safely.
