Default sorry to hear it

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have had many issues with United over the years. They say that I have vouchers but I have not been able to find/use them.

I have had many less issues on other airlines. It is amazing how you are treated if you have high "elite" status.

I have not had the trouble with Southwest Airlines. They call special needs passengers early in the boarding process.
