No mile for flight!
Hello,
I am so fed up with not getting a reply from Etihad about my miles flown between Chicago to Abu-Dhabi, and Abu-Dhabi to Sri Lanka. I've been emailing their "Claim Missing Miles" customer support for three weeks now and have not received one single reply from them. I've sent a total of three emails out, one for each week that I hear nothing from them. Etihad only gave me miles for my trip back from Sri Lanka, but not my mile traveling to Sri Lanka. I am missing a total of 9822 miles on my account and with no one to help, I don't see any reason to ever take this airline again. This is a yearly trip for me, but my first time on Etihad.
