The funny thing is I don't have to be in the States...I simply changed my location back to the States (on the web page) a couple of months ago, changed the BA address to match the Chase address and started recieving Avios again. It comes down to a simple click on the website. I admit I forgot to change my location as I wrote above but to deny me two years of Avios for something that silly is really not the way I think I should be treated as a loyalty club member.
