Here is a reply posted a little while ago, regarding name changes etc.
Dear All,

I have had a few DM's regarding the policy regarding name corrections, once a ticket is issued. Sadly I am unable to reply to you all individually due to site restrictions, however below is some information which you may find useful.

As of 01NOV 2011, all Etihad Airways offices are able to reissue tickets for name correction requests any time prior to departure of your outbound sector, with a charge of USD75 or equivalent, plus the Global Service Fee (if applicable).

This applies only to tickets purchased directly with Etihad Airways, and is not applicable for tickets purchased through a third party. (For example a Travel Agent/Online Booking Site.)

NB** Any issues relating to Third Party purchased Etihad Tickets would not be handled by Etihad, and any changes/correction requests would be governed and actioned by the third party only.
