EY269 and EY151 claim missing miles
Hi,
My parent-in-law travelled in EY269 and EY 151 on Oct 4,2012
and return on Oct 26,2012.
When i called in last week, customer care person had agreed to provide the missing miles but it was not provided.
Today when i contacted the customer care, Customer care person told that as i have created guest account on Oct 16,2012 after Oct 4 travel and refused to credit the points.
can you take steps to correct this problem.
