Angry Customer Service not able to change my ticket dates

Hi,

I have been in calls with Etihad customer care for last one week. I just need to change the date of travel for my family return journey.

Customer service employees have put me in hold for 3 hrs and did not give me fare difference and said they will call me back and I never receive calls.

Couple of people I have worked with are Varun and Nagalakshmi. Hope my problem will be resolved here. If not I will post a compliant in Better Business Bureau.
