Frankly, I fail to see why anyone other than a blooming idiot would think this is noteworthy. Unless the jumpseat is out on the wing or something, Delta's CEO did nothing other than sit in a seat that is not normally occupied. His "charitable" act likely allowed Delta to sell an extra seat that would have otherwise been taken by this passenger on a later flight.
